DIAZ Mediation & Arbitration Center is located in The Historic Milam Building, 115 East Travis Street, Suite 333, San Antonio, Texas, 78205.  The Milam is located at the corner of East Travis Street and Soledad Street in the heart of the Downtown San Antonio Business District. 

Plenty of easy Parking is available for our clients and guests at either:

(1)  The Weston Center Parking Garage, which is adjacent (behind) the Milam, with the entrance on Soledad Street 1/2 block North of the corner of East Travis St. and Soledad St. or
(2) The LAZ Parking Lot, also adjacent and across the street, with entrances on North Main Ave. and Soledad St. or
(3) Curbside parking at city parking meters on Travis St., or Soledad St. or on N. Main Ave.
